Questions about gift codes
How does the person I give it to use the code?
They open the kit editor, type in the child’s name and details, press “Have a gift code?” and enter the code. The whole kit unlocks straight away, ready to download and print at home.
What does the family kit cover?
Personalised kits for up to 6 children in one household this Christmas. Each child gets their own letter from Santa and the five matching pieces.
When does the code run out?
Codes are for this Christmas. They work right up to Christmas Eve, long after the last posting dates, because nothing is posted.
Do I need to know the child’s details?
No. The parent or carer fills those in themselves, so the letter says exactly the right things.
